Mrs Traveller is an independent luxury travel consultancy based in Germany, specialising in bespoke, high-end travel experiences worldwide.
Mrs Traveller acts as an intermediary between clients ("you") and third-party travel providers including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and transport providers (collectively referred to as "Suppliers" or "Principals").
By confirming a booking, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the relevant Supplier(s).
These Terms & Conditions govern your relationship with Mrs Traveller and apply to all bookings made on your behalf.
At Mrs Traveller, every journey is designed with care, precision, and deep personal knowledge.
While we manage every detail possible, travel inherently involves third-party providers and global factors beyond our control. Our role is to guide, protect, and support you at every stage—so you can travel with confidence, knowing everything has been thoughtfully considered.
All travel services are subject to the individual terms and conditions of each Supplier.
These may include cancellation policies, payment terms, operational conditions, and liability limitations.
Copies of Supplier terms will be provided upon request or at the time of booking.
Payments may be made via bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
A credit card surcharge (typically 1.5%–1.8%) may apply.
Prices are only guaranteed once full payment is received. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in automatic cancellation.
In some cases, payments may be processed directly by the Supplier.
All pricing is subject to availability and may change due to currency fluctuations, taxes, fuel surcharges, or Supplier adjustments.
Pricing cannot be guaranteed until confirmed and paid in full.
Mrs Traveller charges professional service fees for itinerary design, bookings, amendments, and concierge services.
These fees are non-refundable and separate from Supplier charges.
Mrs Traveller may receive commissions or incentives from Suppliers. These are retained by Mrs Traveller and do not influence the quality or impartiality of recommendations.
Please review all travel documents carefully upon receipt, including names, dates, and details.
Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.
Mrs Traveller accepts no liability for errors not identified in a timely manner.
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all passport, visa, and entry requirements.
For German residents, official guidance is available via the German Federal Foreign Office.
Requirements may change at short notice. Mrs Traveller accepts no liability for denied entry.
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended at the time of booking.
It is your responsibility to ensure adequate coverage.
Mrs Traveller does not provide insurance advice and accepts no liability for insufficient or declined insurance.
Baggage allowances vary by airline, route, and fare type.
It is your responsibility to confirm allowances directly with the airline.
Please provide frequent flyer numbers and special requests at the time of booking.
All requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Mrs Traveller acts solely as an intermediary.
To the extent permitted by law, Mrs Traveller is not liable for the acts, omissions, or performance of Suppliers.
Any claims must be directed to the relevant Supplier.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected, including those under the EU Package Travel Directive where applicable.
Mrs Traveller is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
Such events may result in cancellations, delays, or additional costs beyond our control.
Travel requirements may change rapidly.
You are responsible for staying informed regarding entry requirements, vaccinations, and health regulations.
We recommend consulting official sources and medical professionals prior to travel.
Travel arrangements may be non-refundable and non-changeable.
Supplier penalties and Mrs Traveller service fees may apply.
Full conditions will be provided at the time of booking.
Refunds are subject to Supplier approval and will only be processed once funds are received.
Processing times may take several weeks, and in some cases refunds may not be possible.
Airlines and Suppliers may change schedules at any time.
You are responsible for reconfirming flight details at least 24 hours prior to departure.
Some destinations require vaccinations or medical precautions.
Please consult your doctor or a travel clinic prior to travel.
